Smith Moose's Adventure Time Travel Part 9

Herbert explained that he was saying that because the ninjas worked for the Evilest. And then they spotted another one! Herbert explained that the Evilest ninja worker dudes came in many different colors. It was hard to tell them apart from actual ninjas.

Just then they started popping out of nowhere. They knew what to do. Herbert and Smith Moose ran as fast as they ever had in their lives to the Underground HPF (Herbert Penguin Force)  HQ. Smith Moose asked Herbert what they could do about the ninjas. Herbert said, "Well, we cou--" he got cut off. Just then light started striking out of Smith Moose's body!

 Smith Moose was losing his evil powers! Then Smith Moose grew angel wings and flew off to the GPF (Good Penguin Force) HQ in the clouds. After that a different angel (FYI his name was Andrew) came out of nowhere. The only reason the Good Angels had black wings was because of the color change. If the colors were normal, their wings would be white. Anyways, the angel from Good explained to Herbert that the Good Side was gaining power to make people good. But of course it was REALLY good that they turned Smith Moose good again!

Dustin Smith's Diary: Time Travel Part 5

Gary secretly was on the Upgraded Santa's Sleigh Time Traveler with Dustin Smith. They were both gasping, awkward!! They had landed on the roof of the Ski Lodge. Gary and Dustin found a hole to jump into the Lodge Attic. 

 Then Gary whispered something in Dustin's ear about transforming. Then Dustin took off his bowtie and Dustin turned into Agent Moose! His name was now Smith Moose. Wow, first his name was Robot Agent ZX4237, and then Dustin Smith, and then Smith Moose! Gary said it would probably be the last time of transformation. Smith was glad to hear that, as it kind of hurt to transform.

 Straight after that Gary said he needed to get back to the past. Gary made a mini version of the time machine, so Smith Moose could still go back to the past after the mission. He headed to the Club Penguin Times Office, as he had a secret job there. Kind of like Superman. Smith saw Aunt Arctic there, and they started to have an interview.

 Aunt Arctic started out by asking him simple questions.

 Smith Moose told Aunt Arctic that he came from the past. Aunt Arctic thought because of that, Smith Moose didn't know anything about her. Smith explained that she still was the Director back then, and that she was really old (Smith Moose was kinda being rude LOL).

 Aunt Arctic (The Director), told Smith to go to the agency with her. She showed him what was going to happen 5 years later, as it was 2012 and the future year was 2017. Smith Moose knew he had to get back to the past to tell everyone what was going to happen.

 Just then Aunt Arctic received a message from the Gary of 2017. He said that he found big pieces of what looked like Santa's Sleigh. The Upgraded Santa's Sleigh Time Traveler was broken!!!!

 How would Smith ever get back?

Dustin Smith's Diary: Time Travel Part 4

January 4th, 2012 11:00 AM

Gary told me that I would have to use Santa's Sleigh to time travel. He's telling me right now that this is an upgraded Santa's Sleigh. It has hidden gadgets and stuff. BORING. But I wasn't supposed to be rude I guess, so I'm not gonna say that. Gary says that from his magical snowglobe he found out that Herbert turns every penguin into an evil polar bear! That scared me to death, so I hopped right on!

ZX4237 Files: Missing Gary/Dustin Smith Files: Operation Blackout Feedback!

Hey penguins! On New Years Day, when the final part of Dustin Smith Files: Operation Blackout came out, well, I can't fit this all in one sentence. I emailed Polo Field (his email is polofield@clubpenguin.com) with my whole story in the email. All pictures included. I asked him if he had any spare time, to please read my story and give me feedback. And here is what he said:

Hey penguins! If you have been visiting my blog since the beginning, you would know the penguin Applebobbi. He was one of the original owners of Woddylan's CP Cheats! He is like legendary (except for me :P) to this site! He started playing Club Penguin again in October of 2012 but originally started playing CP in June 2009, and he wants to join again! He is also going to be an owner again! And you might think that the owner is the person who created it, but that is the Founder, not the owner. Wow, a lot has happened. In January 2012 my blog first started to get popular. I can't believe 2012 is now over. We are now in 2013. I hope you all have a Happy New Year! Club Penguin Employee Busted For Illegal Downloading!!! Credit to Trainman1405 <:(

It’s the end of 2012, so why not end the year with a bang?

One thing I do from time to time is check out a website called Torrentfreak that specialises in reporting the latest copyright infringement news, such as advancements in laws, law enforcement takedowns, naming the top pirated media, exposing law enforcement and more. But before I advance into this further, keep in mind copyright infringement (downloading copyrighted material – movies, apps, music, television shows, etc) is illegal. Don’t illegally download anything, just pay for it, seriously. You wouldn’t like it if you worked hard on something, charged for it, only for people to rip you off and get it for free, right? I doubt you would! My posts are free but I don’t like it when people simply copy/paste my work and don’t credit it.

Anyway, back to the main point. Chances are just about all of us have heard of the FBI, Sony, Microsoft, etc. The FBI stands for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is the national law enforcement in the United States of America that works to take down the big bad criminals that regular local or state police cannot. Sony makes video games, and Microsoft does too, but they also are the creators of the Windows operating system running on computers. The FBI, Sony, Microsoft, and many other companies big and small monitor this illegal downloading and try their best to take down these illegal files or even arrest the downloaders and uploaders. Recently, however, the Torrentfreak website I mentioned earlier posted an article exposing the FBI, Sony, and other companies for illegally downloading files themselves! That’s not good, is it?

I went to the search tool provided, and looked up Disney Online Studios Canada. What did I find? Someone at the Club Penguin office was breaking the law in late September and illegally downloading some games for their Android phone. Uh oh! Take a look:

In the IP column you’ll see 208.87.xxx.xxx – the numbers are their IP address, or at least part of it. Half of it is blacked out with X’s and requires you to pay to see the full IP address. However, that doesn’t matter. I have the full IP address Club Penguin uses to confirm its authenticity, and it matches up. The full IP address Club Penguin uses for their web activity is 208.87.198.126. A simple IP trace confirms the IP address is indeed located in Kelowna, Canada and belongs to Disney. The IP address has appeared in an email response from Happy77 to me, take a look:

It’s also the same IP address used when Businesmoose, Polo Field, and Happy77 have commented on my website in the past.

Now, Club Penguin has lots of employees at their Kelowna office so don’t assume it’s Businesmoose, Polo Field, or Happy77 who did this. (probably not, since they have iPhones and not Android phones) And I doubt it was a visitor at the office too, since this IP address is from Club Penguin’s VPN, which stands for Virtual Private Network. The main purpose of a VPN are to let you be at home and access your company’s computers, stop people from snooping on your internet activity, and lets you access certain files that you can only access with a particular IP address – it’s how only Club Penguin can connect to their moderator servers.

So there you have it. Someone at Club Penguin broke the law and committed a crime by illegally downloading a few Android games. Remember everyone, just because nobody sees you do it doesn’t mean you aren’t caught! Fork over the few dollars for something rather than break the law. :)

On a related note: Club Penguin Private Servers are also illegal, since from what I’ve heard they all offer free membership. (and they use Club Penguin’s code without permission) Rather than paying for a membership on the real Club Penguin, you’re robbing them of $5+

Should the Rookies Return? FUN With Friends :)

Hi! In the poll on the sidebar, vote if the Rookie Bros should return. They have shown their epicness once in ZX4237 Files: Missing Gary. Should they do it again? Remember to vote!

We checked out my Frost Bite Palace Igloo! I showed Leachim07 my two puffles, Icicle and DJ. If you didn't remember, Leachim07 was the actor of Cookie in ZX4237 Files. My other puffle, Dubstep, skateboarded back to the Pet Shop. Sadly, me and Leachim07 found out there is a bug where you can't throw snowballs in the Frost Bite Palace igloo! :(

 We took a look at another one of my igloos. Cp Offices! That igloo was not yet finished.

 Another random penguin (XD) joined us. We talked about farting and moose. Leachim07 said that moose fart (not to criticize Businesmoose! He said it not me!)!

 So we all acted like crazy moose and we all farted. That explode a huge stink bomb. I had to plug my nose!

 We put on our skates and went to NYC to Rockefeller Plaza and skated! Since Christmas was over, we were the only penguins there.

 Then Leachim07 turned back into a penguin! :)
