Hey guys everyone is trying to find out about about Operation Blackout. Is it a true thing or is it a rumor? Well before we go futher we need to know more about this. Firstly we heard Herbert will wake up and case a Black Out this month.If it dos happen a mission for this will be out on a mission list.
